Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you wish to reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice are non-refundable.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for consultations. If you purchase a product from our store and it arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will assess whether an exchange or store credit is appropriate.
